These terms apply to this website and the Tenorra waitlist. They do not cover the Tenorra app, which is not yet available. When it launches, it will have its own separate terms.
About this site
This website is operated by POWER Health Inc., a company incorporated in Delaware, USA, with its registered office at 221 W 10th Street, 4th Floor, Wilmington, DE 19801, USA ("we", "us", "Tenorra"). The site currently has one purpose: to describe Tenorra and let you join a waitlist for early access.
Joining the waitlist
When you submit your email address, you ask us to contact you about early access to Tenorra and related launch updates. There is no charge, no account, and no obligation. You can unsubscribe or ask to be removed at any time by emailing privacy@tenorra.com.
You agree to provide an email address that is yours and accurate, and not to submit other people's details without their permission or to misuse the form.
No medical advice
Tenorra is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Anything on this site is general information only. For anything affecting your health, talk with a qualified clinician.
No promises about the product
Tenorra is in development. Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access, a launch date, particular features, or pricing. We may change, delay, or discontinue plans for the product at any time. Information on this site is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law.
Intellectual property
The Tenorra name, logo, text, and design on this site belong to us. Please don't copy or reuse them without our permission.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this site or the waitlist. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Changes and contact
