Privacy Policy
This policy explains how we handle the email address you give us when you join the Tenorra waitlist. It covers the waitlist only. When the Tenorra app launches, a separate, fuller privacy policy will govern any health information you choose to share there.
Who we are
The Tenorra waitlist is operated by POWER Health Inc., a company incorporated in Delaware, USA, with its registered office at 221 W 10th Street, 4th Floor, Wilmington, DE 19801, USA ("we", "us", "Tenorra"). For the personal data described here, we are the data controller.

What we collect
When you join the waitlist, we collect:
- Your email address, which you enter into the form.
- Basic technical details: the date and time you signed up, which form you used, and your browser's user-agent string, recorded automatically to help us prevent abuse and keep records accurate.
We do not ask for, or collect, any health information through the waitlist.
Why we use it, and on what basis
We use your email address for one purpose: to contact you about early access to Tenorra and related launch updates. Our legal basis is your consent, which you give by submitting the form. You can withdraw it at any time (see "Your choices" below).
Cookies and analytics
We use Google Analytics to understand how this site is used — for example, how many people visit, which pages they see, and how many join the waitlist. This helps us improve the site. Google Analytics sets cookies and may collect information such as your approximate location (from your IP address, which Google shortens), device, and browser.
If you are visiting from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or other regions where prior consent is required, we ask before any analytics cookies are set: analytics loads only after you choose "Accept". If you choose "Decline", no analytics cookies are set and the site works exactly the same. Our legal basis for analytics is your consent.
You can change your mind at any time by clearing this site's data in your browser, which will bring the choice back. We do not use cookies for advertising, and we do not allow analytics data to be used for advertising.
How long we keep it
We keep your email until Tenorra launches and we have contacted you about it, or until you ask us to remove you, whichever comes first. If you unsubscribe or ask to be deleted, we remove your details promptly.
Who can access it
Your email is stored using Google Firebase / Firestore, a service provided by Google, which processes the data on our behalf as our processor. Site-usage analytics are processed by Google Analytics, also on our behalf. We do not sell your data and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing. Because Google operates globally, your data may be processed outside your country under the safeguards Google provides for international transfers.
Your choices and rights
You can, at any time:
- ask what data we hold about you,
- ask us to correct or delete it,
- withdraw your consent and unsubscribe,
- decline or withdraw analytics cookies (clear this site's data in your browser to be asked again),
- ask us to restrict or stop processing it.
To do any of these, email privacy@tenorra.com. Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page. For anything beyond the waitlist, such as the Tenorra app, separate terms and a separate privacy policy will apply.
